استطبابات ونتائج التنظير الهضمي العلاجي عند الأطفال في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية
Abstract
شملت الدراسة ( 77 ) مريضا قبلوا لاجراء تنظير هضمي علاجي في قسم الأطفال في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين ( تموز 2009_ تموز 2014م), عدد الاجراءات (195) و تراوحت أعمارهم مابين (1 شهر- 16 سنة) وكان الاستطباب العلاجي الأول هو استخراج جسم أجنبي ثم توسيع التضيقات الهضمية يليه ربط دوالي أسفل المري وأخيرا استئصال البوليبات الهضمية ثم تدبير هبوط المستقيم المعند. لم تحدث أية اختلاطات في معظم الجلسات العلاجية بنسبة ( 94% ) و كانت نسبة الشفاء التام للمرضى مرتفعة (4,64%) مع بقاء نسبة (26%) من الحالات قيد المتابعة ولكنها جيدة حتى الآن , وقد يحتاج مريضان من مرضى توسيع المري الى تداخل جراحي.. -The study included 77 patients admitted to Pediatric Department in AL-ASSAD University Hospital in Lattakia for doing therapeutic gastroendoscopy between ( Jul 2009-Jul 2014),number of procedures were (195) with age ranging between( 1mon-16 y) and The main indication of interventional GI endoscopy in this series was foreign body extractions, oesophageal stenosis, esophageal varices ligation followed by polyp resection and Management of rectal prolapse refractory. -There were" not any complications during therapeutic procedures (94%), and complet cure percent was high (64,4%), but (26%) of cases are followed up and good until now, there were Two patients of oesophageal dilatation may need surgical interference.Downloads
