تقييم الحالة التغذوية للأطفال المراجعين لمشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية باستخدام تصنيف WATERLOW
Abstract
أجريت هذه الدراسة من أجل تقييم الحالة التغذوية للأطفال المراجعين لمشفى الأسد الجامعي وذلك باستخدام تصنيف واترلو و مشعر كتلة الجسم . كان هدف الدراسة معرفة نسبة انتشار سوء التغذية الحاد و المزمن والبدانة ودراسة العوامل المرتبطة بها , بالإضافة إلى دراسة وجود علاقة بين تصنيف واترلو ومشعر كتلة الجسم في تقييم الحالة التغذوية . شملت الدراسة 830 طفلاً ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6 أشهر و5 سنوات . بلغت نسبة انتشار سوء التغذية الحاد 16.62%،سوء التغذية المزمن 35.42%، البدانة%12.28 وزيادة الوزن 10.72 % . وجدنا أن سوء التغذية الحاد والمزمن أكثر انتشاراً في المجال العمري (1-2) سنة . ارتبط سوء التغذية بمجموعة من العوامل(عمر الأم ودرجة تعليمها ,عمر الأب ودرجة تعليمه , السكن في المدينة , النزوح, الفقر, وبازدياد عدد أفراد الأسرة [أكثر من5] ). This study was conducted to assess the nutritional status of auditors children to Al Assad University Hospital by using the classification of Waterlow and body mass index. The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence of acute and chronic malnutrition, obesity,and associated factors, in addition to study the relationship between the classification of Waterlow and body mass index in the evaluation of the nutritional status .The study included 830 children who ranged in age from 6 months to five years. The prevalence of acute malnutrition was 16.62%, chronic malnutrition 35.42% , obesity 12.28% , weight gain 10.72% . We noticed that the acute and chronic malnutrition were more prevalent in the domain age (1-2) year. Malnutrition has been associated with a variety of factors(mother's age and the degree of her education , father's age and his level of education, living in the city, displacement ,poverty , and increasing in the number of family members (more than 5).Downloads
