استعمال تقنية الفصل الكروماتوغرافي على طبقة رقيقة-تحليل الصورة لمعايرة المونوصوديوم غلوتامات في بعض الأغذية
Abstract
تم تطوير طريقة كروماتوغرافيا على طبقة رقيقة – تحليل الصورة (TLC-image analysis) بسيطة وقليلة الكلفة لتحديد ولقياس كمي سريع للمونوصوديوم غلوتامات (MSG) في بعض عينات الغذاء، و تحقق الفصل الكروماتوغرافي على صفائح السيليكاجيل TLC، باستخدام البوتانول: حمض الخل الثلجي: الماء (v/v/v 1:3:5) كطور متحرك، والننهيدرين ككاشف للبقع.
أنجز تحليل صورة للصفيحة الممسوحة ضوئياً لتحديد كمية (MSG)، و تم تقويم الطريقة و ضبطها فوجد أنها تتمتع بصحة النتائج و النوعية ومناسبتها لتحليل MSG في بعض عينات الغذاء.
A simple and low cost thin layer chromatographic (TLC)-image analysis method was developed for rapid determination and quantification of monosodium glutamate (MSG) in some food samples. Chromatographic separation of MSG was achieved on silica gel TLC plates, using n-butanol:glacial acetic acid:water (5:3:1, v/v/v) as the mobile phase and ninhydrin for spot detection. Image analysis of the scanned TLC plate was performed to quantify the amount of MSG. The method was validated and found to be accurate, specific, reliable and convenient for the analysis of MSG in some food sample.
