الغرس السني الفوري في مناطق الإنتان حول السني المزمن
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم إمكانية الغرس الفوري في مناطق الإنتان حول السني المزمن. تم استخدام 20 زرعة عند 6 مرضى من الجنسين بحيث تم تقسيم العينة عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين المجموعة الأولى: المجموعة الشاهدة وتضم 10 غرسات تمت فيها عملية الغرس بعد انتظار فترة أربعة أشهر بعد القلع، والمجموعة الثانية: مجموعة الاختبار وتضم 10غرسات تم فيها الغرس الفوري بعد القلع مباشرة في مناطق الإنتان حول السني المزمن. تم تقييم كلاً من مشعر الالتهاب اللثوي , مقدار الامتصاص العظمي حول عنق الغرسة, مقدار عمق السبر, نجاح الزرع في كلا المجموعتين . كانت نسبة النجاح % 100 في المجموعة الأولى بينما كانت 80% في المجموعة الثانية كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين من حيث مشعر الالتهاب اللثوي بينما كان هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح مجموعة الشاهد من حيث مشعر الامتصاص العظمي الحفافي حول عنق الغرسة ومن حيث مشعر عمق السبر خلال فترات المتابعة. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the possibility of implantation in chronic periodontally infected sites The research sample comprised of 20 implants were placed in 6 patients from both sex , the sample were divided into 2 groups: the control group, 10 implants were placed after waiting period of four months after the extraction and the test group, 10 implants were immediately placed after extraction in areas of chronic periodontally infected sites. Gingival index GI, marginal bone loss MBL, proping depth PD, Implant survival, evaluated for both groups. The results of the present study showed that the survival rate was 100% in control group and 80% in test group. There was no statistical difference between the test and control regarding, GI, while there was statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBL and PD during periods of follow up.Downloads
