تقييم رضا المريض عن الأجهزة الجزئية المثبتة بوصلات الإحكام في الفك السفلي لحالات الصنف الثاني من كنيدي Class II
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم رضا المريض عن الأجهزة الجزئية المثبتة بنوعين مختلفين من وصلات الإحكام خارج التاجية في الفك السفلي وذلك في حالات الصنف الثاني من كنيدي Class II. استخدمت عينة مؤلفة من 10 مرضى لديهم فقد ثنائي الجانب في الفك السفلي وتم تحضير دعامتين (الضاحك الأول و الثاني) والتعويض كما يلي: يمين المريض وصلة من نوع MKI (وصلة صلبة ) ويسار المريض وصلة من نوع ASC 52(وصلة مرنة) ثم أجري تقييم لرضا المرضى لكل من نوعي الوصلات بعد مرور شهر و6 أشهر على استخدام الأجهزة وذلك باستخدام مقياس من 0 5 (0=ممتاز ،1=جيد جداً ، 2=جيد ، 3=متوسط ، 4=سيء ، 5= سيء جداً ) بحيث يكون التقييم من حيث: الرضا العام متضمناً (الناحية الجمالية ،الكلام و الثبات)– الراحة – القدرة على المضغ – سهولة نزع الجهاز – اندخال الأطعمة تحت الجزء المتحرك. بينت النتائج، عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين الوصلتين من ناحية: الرضا العام متضمناً (الناحية الجمالية، الكلام و الثبات)– الراحة – القدرة على المضغ – سهولة نزع الجهاز بعد مرور شهر و ستة أشهر على استخدام الأجهزة في حين تبين وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية في الرضا بين الوصلتين من ناحية اندخال الأطعمة تحت الجزء المتحرك بعد مرور شهر و ستة أشهر على استخدام الأجهزة ، وذلك عند مستوى دلالة P 0.05 . This study aims toassesst patient’s satisfaction with partial dentures fixed by two different extracoronal attachments in the mandibular of cases Kennedy class II . It used a sample consisting of 10 patients have lost bilateral in the mandibular were prepared two abutments (first and second premolar ) and compensation as follows : the right side of the patient by rigid attachment type MKI and the left side by resilient attachment type ASC 52 , then to assess patient’s satisfaction for each of the two types of attachments was conducted after a month and 6 months on the use of dentures using by scale 0 5 (0 = excellent ,1 = very good, 2 = good, 3 = middle , 4 = bad, 5 = very bad) , so that the assessment in terms : general satisfaction included (aesthetics, speech and retention ), comfort , the ability to chew ,easy removal denture , deposition foods under the removable part . The results showed , no difference statistically significant between tow attachments in terms of general satisfaction included (aesthetics, speech and retention) ,comfort , the ability to chew ,easy removal denture after one month and 6 months to use the dentures while showing difference statistically significant between tow attachments after one month and 6 months to use the dentures , when the level significance p< 0.05 .Downloads
