تأثير تدليك الظهر وتدليك اليد والقدم على التعب لدى مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي

Abstract

يُعد التعب من أهم الأثار الجانبية الشائعة عند مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي. الهدف:هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير تدليك الظهر واليد والقدم على مستوى التعب لدى مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي.أدوات البحث وطرائقه:أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة مؤلفة من (75) مريضاً ذكراً بالغاً موزعين على خمس مجموعات (تدليك الظهر، تدليك اليد، تدليك القدم، تدليك الظهر واليد والقدم، المجموعة الضابطة)في قسم العلاج الكيميائي في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي ممن يتلقون العلاج الكيميائي، جُمعت البيانات باستخدام استمارة تتضمن البيانات الشخصية واستمارة تتضمن مقياس شدة التعب (FSS). النتائج:خلُصت النتائج إلى أن تدليك الظهر واليد والقدم مجتمعين كان له الآثر الأكبر على انقاص مستويات التعب، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق التدليك للمرضى الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي. Fatigue is one ofthemostimportant and common side effectamong cancer patient under chemotherapy. Objective:the study aimed is to study the effect back, hand and foot massage on fatigue levelto cancer patient under chemotherapy.Material and method:the study was conducted of (75) patients were adult male divided on five groups (back massage, hand massage, foot massage,[back, hand and foot massage] and control group) atchemotherapy unit, Tishreen University Hospital, and all of them are under chemotherapy. Data collected by the personal information form, the fatigue severity scale was used.Results:This study showed that back, hand and foot massage together was the most effective in reduce fatigue levels and recommended about importance of massage for patients under chemotherapy.
