فعالية تسليخ الأغشية الأمنيوسية في تحريض المخاض في تمام الحمل
Abstract
This study was executed at Tishrin university Hospital in Lattakia between 01/01/2017 and31/12/2017.
* The study included 513 pregnancies with gestional age of 40 weeks amenorrhea or more .where they were divided into three groups depending on the degree of maturity of cervix as Bishop index.
The percentage of response after amniotic membrane stripping was 79,33%.*
* The highest rate of response, which was 83.19%, was noted in the group of pregnancies with cervix semi– matured.
* The number of times of amniotic membrane stripping inversely proportioned to the degree of maturity oh cervix.
* The percentage of natural birth in our study was 86,16%.
The percentage of cesarean was 13,84%.*
* The amniotic membrane stripping is a safe, easy, and satisfied procedure.
- أجري البحث في مشفى تشرين الجامعي باللاذقية في الفترة الواقعة بين 1/1/2017 و 31/12/2017.
- بلغ عدد مريضات الدراسة 513 حاملاً بعمر حملي أكبر أو يساوي 40 أسبوع حملي.حيث قسمت مريضات الدراسة إلى ثلاث مجموعات تبعاً لدرجة نضج عنق الرحم حسب مشعر بيشوب.
- بلغت نسبة الاستجابة بعد إجراء تسليخ الأغشية الأمنيوسية 79,33%.
- تميزت مجموعة الحوامل مع عنق رحم متوسط النضج بالنسبة الأكبر للاستجابة حيث بلغت 83,19%.
- احتاجت الحوامل لإظهار الاستجابة إلى إجراء تسليخ للأغشية بعدد مرات يتناسب عكساً مع درجة نضج عنق الرحم.
- بلغت نسبة الولادة الطبيعية في دراستنا 86,16%.
- بلغت نسبة القيصرية في دراستنا 13,84%.
- تبين أن تسليخ الأغشية الامنيوسية مفيداً في تمام الحمل وهو إجراء آمن وغير راض وسهل الإجراء.
