معالجة فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية من نوع غريفزGraves باليود المشع -131 (نتائج المعالجة على مرضى من الساحل السوري)
Abstract
قمنا بمراجعة الملفات الطبية لمرضى مصابين بفرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية من نوع غريفز عولجوا باليود -131 في الفترة بين 1996و 2002 . من بين 135 مريضاً أمكن الحصول على معلومات كافية عن نتائج المتابعة لمدة 12 شهراً على الأقل عند 65 منهم . أعطي اليود -131 بجرعة واحدة بمعدل ( 200 مايكروكوري / غ من وزن الغدة مصححة على نسبة قبط يود 100% بعد 24 ساعة ) . أوقفت المعالجة الدوائية بال Methimazole قبل أسبوع من إعطاء جرعة اليود-131 . اعتبرت المعالجة ناجحة عند الحصول على سواء أو قصور درقيين .
في فحوص المتابعة التي أجريت بعد ثلاثة أشهر من تطبيق المعالجة وجدت نسبة 80% نجاح للمعالجة أما في الفحوص التي أجريت بعد 12 شهراً فقد وصلت النسبة إلى 89% .
إن النتائج المشاهدة قريبة من النسب المشاهدة في المصادر العلمية المختلفة .
We reviewed and analysed medical records of patients with Graves, hyperthyroidism treated with Iodine-131 from 1996 to 2002 . Of 135 patients , 65 had adequate follow-up for at least 12 months after therapy . Iodine-131 was delivered as a single dose ( 200 micro Ci /g thyroid tissue corrected to 100 % 24-h I-131 uptake ) . Methimazole treatment was discontinued 1 week befor , and continued for 1 month after I-131 therapy .
The therapy was considered successful when euthyroidism or hypothyroidism were achieved . In the follow-up after 3 and 12 months post-therapy the cure rates were 80% and 89% respectively . The found results were consistent with those mentioned in the litrature .
