دراسة مقارنة لحرج البصر بعد عمليات الساد التقليدية حسب طريقة خياطة الشق القرني
Abstract
أجريت دراسة إحصائية على 150مريضا أجري لهم عملية ساد في الفترة الواقعة بين 20/11/2003 ولغاية 20/6/2005 وذلك في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية, تم فيها دراسة حرج البصر لهؤلاء المرضى بعد العمل الجراحي ومقارنته حسب نوع الخياطة (مستمرة أو متفرقة).
تم توزيع الحالات حسب العمر – الجنس- نوع الخياطة – نوع الخيط – محور الحرج فتبين أن الشق القرني الصغير أفضل من الكبير و الخياطة المستمرة أفضل من المتفرقة لخياطة الشق القرني و خيط النايلون أفضل من خيط الحرير من حيث تأثيرها على حرج البصر بعد العمل الجراحي.
A statistical study of a 150 patients who had surgically induced astigmatism after cataract extraction was carried during the period of 20/11/2003-20/6/2005, in AL-ASSAD University Hospital in Lattakia.
Cases were divided according to age, sex, kind of incision and kind of sutures-axis of astigmatism. Each case of astigmatism was studied before and after operation.
We conclude that small corneal incision is better than large, the continuous suture is better than discontinuous and nylon suture is better than silk in their effects on astigmatism after operation.
