اختبار Prick-Test لأكثر من 300 طفل يعاني من تظاهرات أليرجيائية
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة على 328 طفلا ( 153 أنثى و 175 ذكرا ) ، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 2-18 عاما ، قسموا إلى ثلاث فئات : الأولى( فئة ما قبل سن المدرسة 2-5 سنوات ) ، الثانية ( من سن المدرسة حتى سن
البلوغ > 5 - 13 سنة ) ، و الثالثة ( > 13 - 18سنة) .
استخدم في الاختبار 10 مؤرجات ( العت بنوعيه الأول البحري و الثاني الدقيقي ، وبر القطط، الصراصير، غبار طلع الزيتون ، غبار طلع مزيج الأعشاب ، غبار طلع مزيج 4 حبوب ( قمح ، شوفان ، شعير ، ذرة)، غبار طلع شجرة Ligustrum ، الريش ، مزيج فطر العفن بأنواعه الثلاثة .
أظهر 259 طفلا أي بنسبة ( 78.91%) ارتكاسا إيجابيا لواحد على الأقل من المؤرجات الإنشاقية المذكورة. من بين المرضى ذوي الاختبار الإيجابي كان الارتكاس الجلدي الإيجابي الأشيع لمؤرج العت المنزلي (بنوعيه غالبا) بنسبة ( 84.46%) تلاه فطر العفن بنسبة ( 42.23%) ،غبار طلع مزيج الأعشاب(28.69%)، وبر القطط ( 26.29%) ثم غبار طلع الزيتون ( 18.33%) ، الريش ( 17.53%) ، غبار طلع مزيج 4 حبوب (17.13%)، الصراصير ( 16.33%) ، غبار طلع Ligustrum بنسبة (15.54%) .
وبذلك يتبين أن انتشار أو سيطرة الارتكاس الإيجابي لاختبار Prick-Test للمؤرجات الإنشاقية الشائعة عال جدا بين الأطفال الأرجيين في اللاذقية ، خاصة لدى الربويين منهم في كل الفئات العمرية .
This study was carried out in a group of 328 children (153 girls and 175 boys), children aged 2 to 18 years. They were divided into 3 groups: 1.(2-5 years old), 2.(>5-13 years old), 3. ( > 13-18 y).
An SPT** used ten aeroallergens: Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Dermatophagoides farinae, cat fur, Cockroach, Olive pollen,5 Grasses mixing pollen, 4cereals mixing pollen , feather, Ligustrum pollen, mould mixing ( Alternaria lternate, Cladosporium , Penicillum).
Two hundred and fiftynine(78.91%) were reactive to at least one of the aeroallergens. Among the SPT-positive patients, a positive prick-test reaction to the house dust mites 84.46%), was most common followed by mould (42.23%), 5 grasses mixing (28.69%), cat fur (22.29%), olive pollen ( 18.33%), feather (17.53%), 4 cereals pollen (17.13%), cockroach(16.33%), Ligustrum pollen (15.54%).
Therefore, it appears that the prevalence of SPT reactivity to common aeroallergens is high among Lattakian allergic children, particularly in those with asthma and in all age groups.
