قياس الحساسية الفيزيولوجية للتنبيه الكهربائي(الفسفين) لمرضى الساد

Abstract

استخدام طريقة قياس عتبة الحساسية الكهربائية الفيزيولوجية ( الفسفين ) عند مرضى الساد باستخدام جهاز التنبيه الكهربائي للعين KNS 2 – 90 (فسفين).

لقد أظهرت الدراسة باستخدام الجهاز المقترح أنه عند ازدياد عتبة الحساسية الكهربائية بالفسفين عن المعدل الطبيعي( 53 ) ميكروأمبير (4) لدى مرضى الساد قبل العمل الجراحي, حيث يكون قعر العين غير منظر, يدل على وجود آفة مرضية مرافقة ( ضمور حليمة العصب البصري – اعتلال شبكية سكري – استحالة لطخة صفراء), وهذا يساعد في تحديد إنذار الرؤية بعد العمل الجراحي والتنبؤ بوجود مثل هذه الآفات المرضية, وهذه الطريقة متممة للطرق التشخيصية الكهربائية الفيزيولوجية الأخرى.

 

The method of measuring the threshold of the physiological electrical sensitivity (phosphen) in cataract patients through eye electrical stimulating device KNS 2 – 90  (phosphen) is used. The study showed that when the threshold of phosphen electrical sensitivity increases above the normal average (53) microampere in cataract patients before surgical operation - that the eye fundus is unscoped. This refers to the presence of additional illnesses (atrophy of optic nerve papilla, diabetic retinopathy, macular distrophy), and it helps in determining the prognosis of vision after operation and predicting the presence of such illnesses. This way completes other physiological electrical diagnostic methods.
