التظاهرات الحركية في سياق الداء السكري
Abstract
للتعرف على التظاهرات الحركية الأكثر شيوعاً في سياق الداء السكري درسنا 86 مريضاً بالغاً مصاباً بالداء السكري من النمطين 1 و 2 في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية و60 من البالغين غير السكريين اختيروا عشوائياً من مدينة اللاذقية (عينة شاهد)، وأجرينا لهم فحصاً سريرياً مع إجراء الصور الشعاعية والتحاليل المخبرية عند اللزوم، لقد لاحظنا أن كلاً من اعتلال مفاصل اليد وإصبع الزناد ومتلازمة نفق الرسغ والكتف المتجمدة ومرفق التنس وفصال الورك واعتلال مفاصل القدم كان أكثر شيوعاً مع فارق ذي أهمية إحصائية عند المرضى السكريين، وقد وجدنا علاقة إحصائية بين كل من اعتلال مفاصل اليد وإصبع الزناد والكتف المتجمدة وبين مدة الإصابة بالداء السكري، ولم نجد علاقة بين أي من الآفات ودرجة ضبط سكر الدم.
To know which locomotor manifestations are more frequent in diabetes mellitus (DM), we studied 86 adult patients who had type 1 and 2 DM in Al Assad Hospital, Lattakia, and 60 non diabetic adults selected randomly in Lattakia city. We tested them clinically and, if needed, we used radiographs and laboratory tests. Cheiroarthropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, hip osteoarthritis and foot arthropathy were significantly more frequent in diabetics with statistical differences between diabetics and controls. Cheiroarthropathy, trigger finger and frozen shoulder were statistically associated with the duration of DM, and none of the lesions was associated with glycaemic control.
