تعيين قيم الملتصقة السيلكتينية-البطانية في المصل وعلاقتها بمقدمات الارتعاج
Abstract
أجري تقويم للقيمة الإنذارية (التنبؤية) للمستوى المصلي للجزيئة الملتصقة السيلكتينية-البطانية لدى مريضات مقدمات الارتعاج إذ حددت مستويات هذا الواسم في أمصال (48) من الحوامل الطبيعيات وفي أمصال (35) من الحوامل المصابات بمقدمات الارتعاج، فكان المستوى المصلي للجزيئة الملتصقة السيلكتينية-البطانية لدى الحوامل المصابات بمقدمات الارتعاج أعلى منه لدى الحوامل الطبيعيات.
وكانت قيمة تناسب الأفضلية لهذا الواسم (OR=1.31).
وبذلك يمكن استخدام هذا الواسم للتفريق بين الحمول السوية والحمول المختلطة بمقدمات الارتعاج.
The prognostic value of Serum soluble E- selectin (sE- selectin) was evaluated in patients with Pre-Eclampsia. The (sE- selectin) levels were determined in the sera of (48) healthy pregnant women, and (35) with pre-eclampsia. The Serum level of (sE- selectin) in pre-eclampsia women was significantly higher compared with normal pregnancies. The ODD RATIO value of serum soluble E- selectin (sE- selectin) was:1.31 (OR=1.31); so it could be used to differentiate between normal pregnancies and pre-eclampstic.
