الاختلاطات التوليدية للبدانة في أثناء الولادة خبرة مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية
Abstract
أجريت الدارسة في قسم التوليد وأمراض النساء – مشفى الأسد الجامعي – اللاذقية – سورية – وامتدت الدراسة من تاريخ 2/5/2005 وحتى 2/5/2006 وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (200) ماخض بين عمر (16-43) سنة تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين:
v مواخض لديهن وزن زائد حسب مشعر كتلة الجسم (100 ماخض).
v مجموعة الشاهد (100 ماخض).
v وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو الآتي:
v حدثت الاختلاطات التوليدية بنسبة (65 %) في عينة الدراسة مقابل (40 %) عند مجموعة الشاهد.
v أكثر الاختلاطات مشاهدة عند البدينات كانت:
- العملية القيصرية (34 %).
- تمزقات المسير التناسلي (21 %).
- العرطلة الجنينية (13 %).
v الاختلاطات الأعلى كانت لدى الفئة العمرية 26-35 سنة.
v الاختلاطات ازدادت بازدياد درجة البدانة خاصة العرطلة الجنينية والإنسمام الحملي.
The study was performed in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Al – Assad University Hospital, Lattakia, Syria, between 02/5/2005 and 02/5/2006.
- The sample included (200) parturient women between (16-43) years old.
- The sample was divided into two groups:
a. Parturient with increasing weight according to body mass index (100 parturient).
b. Control group (100 parturient).
- The obstetric complications were (65 %) in the study sample and (40 %) in the control group.
-The complications which were the highest in the obese women were:
-Cesarean operation (34 %).
-Gentital tract lacerations (21 %).
-Fetal macrosomia (13 %).
- The highest complications were in the age group (26-35) years.
-The complications increased when obesity degree increased specially fetal macrosomia and preeclampsia.
