معدل ارتفاع الحرارة الناجم عن تحضير الأقنية الجذرية المعدّة لاستقبال الأوتاد المصبوبة
Abstract
استخدمنا عينة مؤلفة من /40/ ثنية علوية معالجة لبياً ومتقاربة في الحجم والطول قسمت إلى أربع مجموعات، ضمت كل منها /10/ أسنان.
استخدم مع كل مجموعة أداة خاصة لتحضير القناة الجذرية لاستقبال وتد جذري مصبوب مع تثبيت عامل الزمن 30 ثا وعامل الضغط وسرعة الدوران.
تم قياس مقدار ارتفاع درجة الحرارة على سطح الجذر باستخدام مقياس حرارة الكتروني بالتماس على كل العينات، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل أداة لتحضير القناة الجذرية.
إن نتائج قياس ارتفاع درجات الحرارة حول سطوح جذور الأسنان في المجموعات الأربع باستخدام السنابل بينت أن هذا الارتفاع في درجة الحرارة يختلف ما بين 4ْم و20ْم باختلاف نوع الأداة المستخدمة في تحضير القناة.
وبالخلاصة تبين أن السنبلة الماسية هي السنبلة الأقل نشراً للحرارة.
A sample of 40 upper central incisors was used in this study. The teeth were equal in size and length and all were endodontically treated. The sample was divided into four groups, with 10 teeth. Different instruments were used to prepare root canals to receive casted posts. Similar working time (30 seconds), applied pressure, and speed of rotary instruments were applied to all teeth. Changes of the temperature of outer root surfaces were measured by and electronic thermometer.
Results showed that the increase of root surface temperature varied between groups (ranged between 4 C° to 20 C°), depending on the used instruments. In conclusion, the diamond bur was found to induce the least temperature.
