المعالجة الدوائية للطنين
Abstract
يعد الطنين من أهم الشكاوى التي تدعو لاستشارة أخصائي الأذن والأنف والحنجرة وهو يمثل مشكلة تشخيصية وعلاجية معقدة ويجب أن تتم دراسة المريض بشكل جيد ودقيق لتحديد سبب الطنين إن أمكن والهدف من الدراسة هو التوصل إلى علاج للطنين من خلال المقارنة بين الحقن الموضعي الميتيل بريدينزولون (40مغ/1سم³ ) ضمن الأذن مع المعالجة الدوائية بالكاربامازيبين بجرعات متزايدة من(100مغ 3 مرات يومياً) وقد نصل إلى 600أو 1200 مع\ اليوم حيث شملت الدراسة 150 مريضاً يعانون من الطنين من مراجعي العيادة الأذنية في مشفى الأسد الجامعي وبعد مراقبة المرضى استطعنا أن نقيم النتائج العلاجية وقد أظهرت دراستنا فعالية جيدة للكاربامازيبين أكثر قليلاً من الميتيل بريدنيزولون إضافة إلى ذلك آثاره الجانبية متحملة إلى حد كبير ومشاركتهما معاً زادت نسبة التحسن قليلاً .
Tinnitus is considered to be one of the most important diseases in E.N.T. It represents a complicated diagnostic and therapeutic problem. We must examine the patient carefully to reach the reason. This study is designed to find an effective treatment of tinnitus through comparison between Intratympanic instillation of Methylprednisolone (40mg/1cc) and medical treatment with Carbamazepine in increased doses from 100mg three times a day to 600 or 1200 mg a day divided into three doses. The study involved (150) patients from Alassad Hospital ,E.N.T. clinic. After the observation we find that Carbamazepine is a good treatment and the combination between them has better results
