تقييم فعالية مركبات الكينولون في علاج التهاب الأذن الوسطى القيحي المزمن
Abstract
تم تقييم 200 مريض مصاب بالتهاب أذن وسطى قيحي مزمن بعد تقسيمهم إلى 3 مجموعات وعلاجهم بثلاث طرق علاجية بمركبات الكينولون، ضمت كل من المجموعة الأولى و الثانية 70 مريضاً وضمت المجموعة الثالثة 60 مريضاً، عولجت المجموعة الاولى بالكينولونات موضعيا ( مع أو دون ستيروئيد)، وعولجت المجموعة الثانية بالكينولونات فمويا، أما المجموعة الثالثة فقد عولجت بالمشاركة بين الكينولونات موضعيا وفمويا.
وبينت الدراسة فعالية مركبات الكينولون موضعيا في علاج 66 مريضاً ( 94.28% ) من المجموعة الأولى، كما تم شفاء 26 مريضاً ( 37.14%) من المجموعة الثانية بعد علاجهم بالكينولونات فمويا، أما مرضى المجموعة الثالثة فقد تم شفاء 58 مريضاً ( 96.66% ) بعد علاجهم بالكينولونات موضعيا وفموياً.
Two hundred patients with Chronic suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) were divided into three groups, each of the first and second groups(A,B) contained 70 patients and the third group(C) contained 60 patients. Group A was treated with topical quinolone (with or without steroid). Group B was treated with oral quinolone and Group C was treated with topical and oral quinolones.
The study concludes that 66 patients (94.28%) of Group A were cured, 26 patients (37.14%) of Group B were cured and 58 patients (96.66%) of Group C were cured.
