دراسة نتائج تأثير قثطرة نفير أوستاش في التهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي
Abstract
يعد التهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي من الأمراض الشائعة نسبياً في مختلف الأعمار ولاسيما عند الأطفال بسبب توافر عوامل مؤهبة لذلك عندهم. وهو من الأمراض التي تترك، إذا أهملت، نتائج خطيرة على مستقبل المرضى، ذلك لأن هذا المرض شبه صامت ولا يسبب ألماً حاداً، ومعروف أن الألم هو أكثر ما يدفع المريض لمراجعة العيادة. وبالتالي كثيراً ما يتأخر المرضى في مراجعة الطبيب وهذا ما قد يصل بهم إلى مضاعفات خطيرة: صمم شبة كامل يبدأ بنقص سمع توصيلي قد يصل إلى الأذن الصمغية (glue ear)، تفاعل نخري أو ورم كولسترولي وما قد يعقبه من عقابيل خطيرة قد تودي بحياة المريض. وهناك الكثير من الطرق لعلاج هذا المرض منها الدوائية ومنها غير الدوائية.
نريد من البحث استكشاف نتائج طريقة قديمة/جديدة وفعاليتها في معالجة التهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي وذلك عن طريق التأثير مباشرة على نفير أوستاش وجوف الأذن الوسطى عبر قثطرة نفير أوستاش بواسطة قثطار معدني خاص عبر الأنف وصولاً إلى فوهة النفير من جهة البلعوم الأنفي وحقن أدوية داخله مثل (الكيموتربسين والبيتا ميتازون واللينكومايسين).
Serous otitis media is a common disease that is found in all ages especially in children, for they have many predisposing factors. This disease can lead, if neglected, to serious effects that may endanger the patient’s future, because this disease is silent and cause no pain, and it is known that pain is the main cause for patients to visit doctors. So many patients do not consult the doctor and, therefore, suffer serious complications, such as: total deafness that begins as conductive hearing loss and reaches to glue ear, necrotic reaction or cholesteatoma with its dangerous complications that may cause death. There are many methods to treat this disease, including medicinal and non- medicinal methods.
In our research, we want to explore results and efficiency of an old/new method to treat serous otitis media by catheterizing Eustachian tube using special catheter for this purpose and injecting medicines like (chymotrypsin, betamethasone, lincomycine) through it.
