جهاز الفحص حول السني (Periotest) هل يمكن أنْ يكون أداة تقييم موضوعيّة لنجاح أو فشل قلع وإعادة زرع الأسنان؟
Abstract
تعتبر عملية قلع وإعادة زرع الأسنان احد الخيارات الممكنة للحفاظ على الأسنان قوية في القوس السنية ولها استطباباتها المعروفة. هدف البحث إلى دراسة إمكانية استخدام جهاز الفحص حول السني الـ (periotest) كأداة للتقييم الموضوعي لنجاح أو فشل قلع وإعادة زرع الأسنان.
شمل البحث عملية قلع وإعادة زرع (28) سناً لدى 28 مريضاً وفق الاستطابابات المحددة لهذه العملية تراوحت أعمار المرضى ما بين 13 و 41 سنة. وقد طبق بروتوكول جراحي خاص هدف إلى انقاص تخرب الخلايا الرباطية إلى الحدود الدنيا أثناء عملية القلع (وتمت المراقبة الشعاعية والاختبار الوظيفي للأسنان المعاد زرعها قبل عملية القلع وإعادة الزرع وبعد شهر و ثلاثة أشهر وستة أشهر وعام ).
واظهرت الدراسة الوظيفية من خلال ptv محافظة الاسنان المعاد زرعها على حالة وظيفية جيدة تجلت شعاعياً بالحفاظ على الصفيحة العظمية القاسية ووظيفياً من خلال تقارب قيم الـ ptv قبل وبعد عملية القلع وإعادة الزرع. وبذلك تبينت مقدرة الـ periotest على تقييم ومراقبة تغيرات الحالة الو ظيفية لأربطة الأسنان المعاد زرعها.
Cette étude a été faite pour déterminer la capacité du periotest, en tant qu'instrument objectif, dans l’évaluation de la guérison du desmodente d’une dent réimplantée. Sur 28 patients, chez lesquels, on a réimplanté 28 dents, les mesures du periotest (PTV) ont été prises pré et post réimplantation à des intervalles précis du temps à savoir (1,3,6,12 mois). Cette étude nous a montré que les valeurs (PTV) pré, et douze mois post réimplantation, étaient bien proches; ce qui prouve la conservation d’un bon état fonctionnel du desmodonte de ces dents. Ceci a été affirmé par la présence du lamina dura, sur la radiographie. Il apparaît donc, que le periotest est un outil de mesure objectif dans l’évaluation de l’état fonctionnel des dents réimplantées, indiquant ainsi, le succès ou l’échec de ce procédé.
