الرياضة السورية في جانبها التدريبي دراسة الواقع واقتراح الحلول
Abstract
توصل الباحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات أهمها: إيفاد المدربين الموهوبين خارجياً لاتباعهم دورات تدريبية تخصصية عالية المستوى، واستخدام الأسلوب العلمي في تخطيط البرامج التدريبية وإعدادها، وإشراك الرياضيين بذلك، وضرورة امتلاك المدربين التحصيل العلمي التخصصي، ودفعهم للاستفادة من نتائج البحث العلمي واستشارة الأكاديميين فيما يخص مجال عملهم التدريبي، واستخدام الأسلوب العلمي لمعالجة المشكلات في عملية اختيار البدائل من المدربين لاتخاذ القرار المناسب، واعتماد مبدأ الدورة الأولمبية بوصفها مقياساً حقيقياً لتقويم جودة أداء المدرب الرياضي، كما يجب استخدام تكنولوجيا التدريب الرياضي الحديث لتشخيص حالة أداء الرياضي ميدانياً وإجراء الاختبارات معملياً، بالإضافة إلى تحسين واقع المدرب والرياضي على حد سواء، وذلك من خلال تفريغهم وتأمينهم صحياً واقتصادياً واجتماعياً وتقديم المكافآت العادلة لهم، وافتتاح مدارس خاصة لرعاية المواهب الرياضية دراسياً ورياضياً، كما يجب تعاون الإدارة وتفهمها وحرصها على تقديم جميع الخدمات التي تسهل إجراءات العمل وتحقق أهداف العملية التدريبية.
The researcher has found out the following instructions: sending talented coaches abroad; using the scientific approach to plan and arrange the coaching programs; having coaches with a specialized scientific scholarship; using a scientific way to solve the problems in the process of choosing replacements by coaches; and adopting the principle of Olympic Games as a real scale to evaluate the coach's performance. It is necessary to use the modern coaching technology to diagnose the athlete's performance. It is also necessary to improve the state of both the coach and the athlete through healthily, socially, economically and by building special schools to take care of talented athletes in both the sports and the study fields.
