استخدام الميتوبرولول مع أدوية المباشرة التخديرية عند مرضى ارتفاع التوتر الشرياني
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية في قسم التخدير و الإنعاش خلال العام 2007 - 2008 وتضمنت 60 مريضاً، إذ استُخدام الميتوبرولول قبل 3دقائق من إعطاء أدوية المباشرة التخديرية عند مرضى، ارتفاع التوتر الشرياني، وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو التالي
- حدث اضطراب النظم في مجموعة الشاهد لدى 12 مريضاً (40%) ، بينما حدث ذلك لدى 5 مرضى (16.7%) في مجموعة الميتوبرولول .
- ارتفع الضغط الانقباضي في مجموعة الشاهد لدى 14 مريضاً (46.7%) ، بينما حدث ذلك لدى
3 مرضى (10%) في مجموعة الميتوبرولول . - ارتفع الضغط الانبساطي في مجموعة الشاهد لدى 11 مريضاً (36.7%) ، بينما حدث ذلك لدى
6 مرضى (20%) في مجموعة الميتوبرولول . - حدث تسرع القلب لدى 13مريضاً (43.3%) في مجموعة الشاهد ، بينما حدث ذلك لدى 4 مرضى (13.3%) في مجموعة الميتوبرولول .
This study was carried out in the Department of Anesthesia and Reanimation at ALASSAD University Hospital in Lattakia in the year 2007-2008. It included 60 patients, who had undergone to general anesthesia; and intravenous metoprolol was applied 3 minutes before the induction. Results were:
- Cardiac dysrhythmias occurred in the Saline group in 12 (40%) out of patients, while it occurred in the metoprolol group in 5 (16.7%).
- The systolic pressure rose in the Saline group in 14 patients (46.7%) while it occurred in the in metoprolol group in 3 (10%) out of patients.
- Diastolic pressure rose in the Saline group in11 patients (36.7%) while it occurred in the in metoprolol group in 6 (20%) out of patients.
- Tachycardia occurred in the Saline group in 13 patients (43.3%) while it occurred in the in metoprolol group in 4 (13.3%) out of patients.
