دراسة فعالية الآرغون ليزر في علاج الصفرومات الجفنية
Abstract
تم تقييم 30 آفة من الصفرومات الجفنية ل14 مريضاً أجري لهم تخثير باستخدام الآرغون ليزر كما يلي: حجم البقعة 500 ميكرون – الطاقة 1000 مللي واط – الزمن 0.1 ثانية, وقد تمت اٍزالة جميع الآفات بشكل نهائي والتي يتراوح حجمها بين 1.5ملم2 –54ملم2 مع تقييم لها من ناحية التندب ونقص التصبغ, حيث بينت الدراسة بأن 86.66% من الآفات لم تترك أي أثر بعد إزالتها, مع نسبة من النكس تصل حتى 13.33%.
وبذلك يمكن استخدام الآرغون ليزر كطريقة فعالة في علاج الصفرومات الجفنية بالحالات التي تمت دراستها.
Thirty lesions in fourteen patients with xanthelasma were treated by argon laser coagulation. The laser parameters were as follows: spot size 500 microns, energy 1000 mw, and duration 0.1 second. All lesions were between 1.5-54 mm2 and have responded to the therapy. There were no scaring or hypopigmentetion in 86.66% of lesions, and recurrence rate was upto 13.33% of cases. The argon laser represents an alternative method in treating xanthelasma in selected cases.
