تأثير قلع الضواحك الأولى في سياق المعالجة التقويمية على البعد العمودي للوجه (دراسة سيفالومترية تحليلية)
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير قلع الضواحك الأولى في البعد العمودي للوجه في أثناء العلاج التقويمي، أجري هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من (50) مريضاً من المراجعين لعيادة تقويم الأسنان في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة تشرين والذين يتمتعون بإطباق صنف أول بحسب أنجل وعولجوا بقلع الضواحك الأولى في الفكين العلوي والسفلي ، كانت العينة مكونة من (31) أنثى بمتوسط عمر مقداره (14.6 ± 1.7) سنة و (19) ذكر بمتوسط عمر مقداره (13.8 ± 2.4 ) سنة. تم تحليل الصور الشعاعية الجانبية قبل وبعد العلاج التقويمي.
أظهرت الدراسة حدوث زيادة في قيمة زاوية ميريفيلد عند الإناث، زيادة ذات دلالة إحصائية في قيمة زاوية الفك السفلي لدى مجموعة الإناث والذكور ، إلا أنها تعدّ ضمن مجال القيمة الطبيعية، وحدوث ميلان أنسي للأرحاء الأولى العلوية وزيادة في المسافة بين الرحى الأولى العلوية و PTM لدى مجموعة الإناث ، وحدوث نمو في الاتجاه العمودي لدى مجموعة الذكور. وبالتالي ساعدت هذه الدراسة في إيضاح تأثير المعالجة التقويمية بقلع الضواحك الأولى على البنى السنية السنخية والبروفيل الوجهي لمرضى الصنف الأول.
This research aimed to study the effect of first premolars extraction on the vertical dimension of the face during orthodontic treatment. This study was carried out on a sample consisting of (50) patients: (31) females of age average (14.6±1.7) years, and (19) males of age average (13.8±2.4) years. The cephalometric radiographes were analyzed before and after orthodontic treatment. This study showed an increase in the Z plane in the female group, an increace in the mandibular plane angle in both male and female groups, amesial drift in the upper first molars in the female group, growing vertically in the male group, increasing in the interincisal angle in this group, and a mild increase in the anterior and lower facial dimension.
