نقل الأوتار في أذيات العصب الكعبري
Abstract
تمت دراسة 15 مريضاً (تضمنت 16 حالة إصابة للعصب الكعبري ) .
مريضة واحدة و 14 مريضاً تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6 و 35 سنة (العمر الوسطي 22سنة ) وكانت الإصابة مغلقة في5 حالات ومفتوحة في 11 حالة ، وكانت عالية بمستوى الإبط بحالة واحدة وبمستوى العضد في 13 حالة ومنخفضة بمستوى الساعد عند حالتين, وتم التدبير على النحو التالي : الحالات الخمسة المغلقة تم الشفاء العفوي لدى أربعة منهم بنتائج ممتازة ،حالتين الشلل بمستوى الساعد تم نقل الأوتار بطريقة FCR ،10 حالات تم نقل الأوتار بطريقة FCU وكانت نتائج النقل الوتري ممتازة في حالتين وجيدة في 7 حالات ومقبولة في 3 حالات .
In this piece of research, we have studied 15 patients (including 16 cases of radial nerve palsy). This includes one female and 14 males, mean aging 22 years (6 years to 35 years). The injury was closed in 5 cases and opened in 11 cases. The injury was high at axilla in 1 case, at arm in 13 cases, at forearm level in 2 cases. The management was as follows: four cases out of the five closed cases improved spontaneously with excellent results. FCR was done for the two cases as the injury was at forearm level; and FCU was carried out for 10 cases. The result of tendon transfer was excellent in 2 cases, good in 7 cases, and fair in 3 cases.
