الدعامات والوصلات الثابتة المتحركة فوق الغرسات السنية (دراسة مطولة لمدة عشر سنوات)
Abstract
أجري هذا البحث على 32 مريضاً ممن لديهم احد أنواع التعويضات السنية المتحركة أو المثبتة بالغرسات بواسطة دعامات كروية ولاقط. حيث تم تصنيفهم وفقاً للتعويضات السنية التي يستخدمونها إلى المجموعات التالية:
1- /16/ مريضاً لديهم تعويضات كاملة متحركة .
2- /16/ مرضى أجريت لهم تعويضات سنية مثبتة بالغرسات بواسطة دعامات كرويات ولاقط .
تم تقييم حالتهم الفموية على مدى خمس إلى عشر سنوات من حيث الكفاءة الوظيفية وسلامة التراكيب الفكية الوجهية.
أظهرت النتائج أن إشكال التعويضات السنية في المجموعة الأولى قد أحدثت العديد من المشاكل لدى المرضى وأهم هذه المشاكل هي النقص في القدرة على إنجاز الوظائف والفقدان المتقدم للعظم السنخي مما انعكس على شكل الوجه والفم .
بينما أظهرت النتائج للمجموعة الثانية أن ثبات التعويضات يمنع التعويض من الانزلاق فوق النسج المخاطية ويجنب النسج المخاطية الأذى والألم وهذا ما يحسن الوظائف المختلفة للفم وهذا بدوره يساعد في المحافظة على شكل ووظيفة المكونات الوجهية والفموية ويساعد في سلامة الصحة النفسية للمريض .
This study had been carried out on 32 patients who received different kinds of dental Prostheses, as follows:
- · 16 patients who have full dentures
- · 16 patients who have overdentures that are retained by dental implants with ball abutments and attachments.
All cases had been followed up and assessed once annually for 5-10 years, from functional capability of view, shape and the safety of maxillofacial structures.
The results have shown that most patients of the first groups had suffered from many problems. The most critical problem is the deficiency of the functional capability which induced some unfavorable changes of oral facial structures, where as the results of the second group had shown that the retention of the overdentures improved their functions. However, these functions retained the shape and size of the oral and facial components, as a result, advantages improved the psychological mood of the patients.
