المناطرة الجنينية أثناء الحمل

Abstract

تضمنت الدراسة /150/ حاملاً عشوائيات في النصف الثاني للحمل وخاصة بعد الأسبوع 34 للحمل، أجري لهن دراسة شاملة (لمحة سريرية – تحديد العمر الحملي حسب آخر دورة طمثية وحسب ارتفاع قعر الرحم وبالتصوير بالأمواج فوق الصوتية) علاوة على ذلك أجري للحامل دراسة السائل الأمنيوسي، حركات الجنين، دوبلر الشريان السري والشريان المخي المتوسط، وأجري أيضاً اختبار اللاشدة الجنيني لمدة ساعتين، وبعد إنهاء الحمل حسب حالة الجنين بالقيصرية أو الولادة الطبيعية، أجري للوليد دراسة الوسط الاستقلابي من الشريان السري، ولقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية:

وجود حساسية ونوعية مرتفعة للمشعر المقترح لتقييم حالة الجنين أثناء الحمل وبلغت 87% و92% على التوالي وقيمة تنبؤية عالية بالنسبة للمشعرين السلبي والايجابي وبلغت92% و94%  على التوالي.

One hundred and fifty pregnant women, were enrolled in the study, their gestational age was more than 34 weeks; for each pregnant was done the following: gestational age C.T.G during pregnancy non-stress test, and blood gases from the umbilical arteries.

The following results were obtained:

High sensitivity for the new score in evaluation fetal state during pregnancy 87%,92% respectively and high predictive value for negative and positive test 92%, 94% respectively.
