الإستئصال الجزئي للقرين السفلي باستخدام الشيفر
Abstract
إن تصغير حجم القرين السفلي يتم بطرق عديدة وجميعها تهدف إلى استعادة الطريق التنفسي عبر الأنف ولكن نتائجها كانت متفاوتة واختلاطاتها كثيرة ومنها ماهو خطير. قمنا بدراسة تصنيع القرين السفلي باستخدام الشيفر وتحت التنظير,كانت العينة مؤلفة من 25 مريضاً ممن لديهم ضخامة مزمنة في القرين السفلي حيث تم تقييمهم بالاعتماد على الأعراض ودراسة حجم القرين السفلي بواسطة التنظير واعتمد نظام Freidmanلتحديد درجة الضخامة وكذلك تم الاستعانة بالتصوير الطبقي المحوري قبل وبعد العمل الجراحي لنفس الغاية.اعتمدت طريقة الجراحة على استئصال القسم الوحشي من القرين بما فيه العظم مع المحافظة على مخاطية القسم الأنسي, وكانت النتيجة تحسن الأعراض بشكل جيد عند معظم المرضى مع نسبة اختلاطات قليلة وغير خطيرة
There are many surgical techniques for reducing the size of inferior turbinate ,all aim to reestablish the patency of nasal airway with different results and complications.
We studied turbinoplasty of inferior turbinate by using the microdebrider and endoscope in 25 patients who had chronic hypertrophy of inferior turbinates evaluated by patients quastionnaires and endoscpy and graded by friedman system,CT. Scan also used pre and postop.our method depend on removal of the lateral part of inferior turbinate and saving the mucosa of medial aspect. The results were good improvement of symptoms in most cases with minimal complications.
