دراسة القيم المعيارية للزوايا SNA, SNB, ANB المساهمة في تحديد التوضع الأمامي الخلفي للفكين عند سكان منطقة الساحل السوري
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد القيم الدقيقة للزوايا SNA( والتي تمثل الوضع الأمامي الخلفي للفك العلوي بالنسبة لقاعدة القحف ) والزاوية SNB (التي تمثل الوضع الأمامي الخلفي للفك السفلي بالنسبة لقاعدة القحف ) والزاوية ANB (الفرق بين الزاويتين السابقتين ) على عينة مكونة من 100 مريض من المرضى المراجعين لكلية طب الأسنان في جامعة تشرين والذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18-25 سنة و يتمتعون بعلاقات إطباقية طبيعية تبين لنا أن متوسط قيم SNA هو 81.254 ومتوسط قيم SNB هو 78.547 ومتوسط قيم ANB هو 2.81 .
ولدى مقارنة هذه القيم بقيم Eastman العالمية تبين وجود اختلافات جوهرية في قيمة SNA بين مجتمع الدراسة و قيم Eastman العالمية وعدم وجود اختلافات جوهرية بين قيم SNB و ANB في مجتمع الدراسة والقيم العالمية .
The aim of this study is to determine the accurate value of the SNA angle (which represents the position of the upper jaw in the sagittal plane according to the skull base ), the SNB angle (which represents the position of the lower jaw in the sagittal plane according to the skull base) and also that of the ANB angle (representing the difference between the previous two angles). The study depends on the 100 patients from the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishreen university; their age was between (18 - 25) years old and they had a normal occlusion.
The study found that the mean value of the SNA angle was 81.254, the mean value of the SNB angle was 79.547, and the mean value of the ANB angle was 2.81 .
When these values were compared with international Eastman values there was a difference between the values of SNA angle and the international value but there was no difference between the SNB, ANB values in our study & its international values .
