أذى الأسنان المجاورة أثناء التحضير باستخدام السنابل
Abstract
إنَّ الحفاظ على النسج السنيّة أثناء التحضير من أهم الأمور التي يجب مراعاتها، وذلك كون الأذى الذي قد يحدث في السطوح الملاصقة للأسنان المجاورة للتحضير خطأ غير ردود.
و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأذى الحاصل لسطوح الأسنان المجاورة عند تحضير الأسنان للتتويج؛ ومقارنة شدة هذا الأذى بين طلاب المرحلة الجامعيّة الأولى وطلاب الدراسات العليا.
بلغت عينة الدراسة (60) مثالاً جبسيّاً؛ بحيث يحوي (60) ضاحكاً ثانياً علويّاً محضّراً للتتويج من قبل طلاب المرحلة الجامعيّة الأولى طلاب الدراسات العليا من حيث شدة الأذى الأنسي والوحشي لسطوح الأسنان المجاورة. وتمَّ استخدام المجهر الضوئي لتحديد مقدار الضرر الحاصل. وبلغ متوسط الأذى الأنسي في المجموعة الأولى (1,6)، والأذى الوحشي في المجموعة الأولى (2,1). في حين بلغ متوسّط الأذى الأُنسي في المجموعة الثانية (1,2)، والأذى الوحشي في المجموعة الثانية (1,1).
و نستنتج من دراستنا هذه أنَّ هناك أذىً يحصل على السطوح الملاصقة للأسنان المجاورة أثناء التحضير؛ وهذا الأذى يكون من الناحية الوحشيّة أكبر من الناحية الأُنسية. لذا لا بد من إجراءات وقائيّة (تطبيق شريط مسندة) أثناء التحضير لحماية الأسنان المجاورة من أذى السنبلة، وخاصة من الناحية الوحشيّة
The Aim of this study is to know the damage of the surfaces adjacent teeth during crown preparation, and to compare the damage severity between the undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The sample consists of (60) stone cast of prepared upper second premolars that were prepared by undergraduate and postgraduate students and collected to study the damage of distal and mesial adjacent teeth surfaces using light microscope.
The sample was divided into two groups, each of them contains 30 stone cast of prepared upper second premolar. PAIRED T test showed a significant value of the damage on the distal of adjacent teeth surface of postgraduate students group comparable with undergraduate students.
According to our study we have to protect the surface of adjacent teeth by use the matrix during preparation, specially the distal surface.
