أثر استخدام درجات حرارة مختلفة على جودة الختم الذروي بتقنية التكثيف بالموجة المستمرة
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير استخدام درجات حرارة مختلفة، مع نفوذ متباين للمدك العمودي على جودة الختم الذروي بتقنية التكثيف بالموجة المستمرة.
وقد أجريت الدراسة على 105 سناً بشرياً وحيدة القناة. حضرت الأسنان بطريقة Crown-down.وزعت الأسنان عشوائياً إلى 6 مجموعات كل منها 15 سناً، تم حشوها بتقنية التكثيف بالموجة المستمرة وتم تقسيمها حسب درجة الحرارة المستخدمة 100ºأو 150ºأو200º ومدى نفوذ المدك العمودي عن الطول العامل 3 مم أو 5 مم. وإلى مجموعة سابعة مؤلفة من 15 سناً وهي الشاهدة وقد تم حشوها بتقنية التكثيف الجانبي البارد. ثم قمنا بطلاء كامل سطح الجذور بطبقتين من طلاء الأظافر، ما عدا حوالي 1.5 مم حول الذروة. ثم غمست في محلول أزرق المتيلين 2% لمدة 24 ساعة، وتم إجراء مقاطع طولية فيها، ثم فحصت تحت المكبرة الضوئية بتكبير 20X لتحديد مقدار الارتشاح الصباغي.
وإن تحليل النتائج الإحصائية أظهر تحسناً في جودة الختم الذروي مع ازدياد درجة الحرارة المطبقة أو زيادة نفوذ المدك عن الطول العامل. ولكن لم يكن لذلك أهمية إحصائية إلا عند استخدام مدى نفوذ للمدك 5مم عن الطول العامل ودرجة حرارة 100º, إذ كانت هذه المجموعة هي الأعلى بمقدار التسرب الصباغي. وكذلك عند مقارنتها مع درجة 200º بنفوذ 5 مم. وبالنسبة للعينة الشاهدة, لم يتفوق عليها بفرق إحصائي إلا في المجموعة ذات درجة الحرارة 200ºومدى نفوذ 3 مم للمدك.
This study tries to evaluate the apical sealing with various temperatures and plugger depths using Continuous Wave of Condensation (CWC).
105 recently extracted human permanent single canal teeth were collected. The canals were cleaned and shaped using traditional crown-down. Teeth were randomly divided into 6 groups (15 teeth for every group). They were obturated using CWC, and the groups were divided according to temperature (100º,150º or 200º ) and plugger depths from the Working Length (WL) (3mm or 5mm). The seventh group was a control group and consisted of 15 teeth and obturated using Cold Lateral Condensation(CLC). The outer surface of obturated roots was coated with two layers of nail varnish except for 1.5 mm around the apical foramen. After that roots were immersed in methylene blue 2% for 24 hours. Then they were sectioned longitudinally to examine them by stereomicroscope 20X for measurement of dye penetration.
Statistical analysis of the results showed that the apical sealing was improved by increasing the temperature or plugger depth from WL with CWC, but statistically there were no significant differences, except for the group with temperature 100º and plugger depth 5 mm from WL, which was the highest one in dye penetration. Statistically there were also no significant differences by comparing CLC group with CWC groups, except the group with temperature 200º and plugger depth 3 mm from WL.Downloads
