تضيقات الإحليل الخلقية والمكتسبة

Abstract

يتضمن البحث دراسة لحالات التضيق الإحليلي المشخصة والمعالجة في شعبة الجراحة  بمشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية بين عامي 2003 - 2001  .

من دراستنا نجد أن الفئة العمرية الأكثر تعرضا لهذه الأذيات هي بين 70-51 سنة
% 62.12) ), كما نجد أن عسرة التبول وضعف قوة رشق البول هما العرضين الأكثر ترافقاً مع هذه الإصابات, حيث وجدا عند معظم المرضى( 97.22  %) .

بينت الدراسة أن العوامل الأكثر سببية لهذه الأذيات هي العوامل المكتسبة وخاصة الأسباب الرضحية (73.35 %).

كما أظهرت الطرق العلاجية المتبعة في تدبير هذه الحالات, حيث كان خزع باطن الإحليل بالتنظير هو الأكثر استخداماَ (.( % 80.55

The research includes a study of cases of the urethral strictures which have been diagnosed and treated in the urology clinic in AL-assad university hospital in Lattakia between 2001 – 2003.

The result shows that the group between 51 – 70 year has high score 61.12 %.

Also the dysuria and the slowing of the urinary stream are the most associated symptoms of these lesions 97.22 %.

The most causes of these injuries are the acquired factors, especially the traumatic causes 77.35 %.

Our data express the methods of treatment. The internal urethrotomy is the most used way in our study 80.55 %.
