دراسة تحليلية لحالات البطن الحاد الجراحي غير الرضحي خبرة مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية بين عامي 2001 – 2003 (آب 2001 – تموز 2003 )
Abstract
يعتبر الألم البطني الحاد الشكاية الأكثر شيوعاً في آفات البطن. وتأتي أهميته من أنه قد يكون الإستطباب الوحيد للتداخل الجراحي.
هدفت الدراسة إلى إجراء دراسة تحليلية لجميع حالات البطن الحاد الجراحي غير الرضحي التي دخلت مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية بين عامي 2001 – 2003( وفي عام 2002 تحديداً بالنسبة لمقالتنا الحالية) من حيث تواترها, أسبابها, أعراضها, علاماتها, وسائل تشخيصها وطرق دراستها ودراسة مصداقية التشخيص السريري بالمقارنة مع التشخيص النهائي اعتماداً على نتائج الجراحة والتشريح المرضي.
- شملت الدراسة 167 حالة منهم 87 ذكر( 52.9%) و80 أنثى (47.90%).
- حيث كان التهاب الزائدة الحاد هو الحالة الأكثر شيوعاً.
- صودف الألم والإيلام البطنيان كالعرض والعلامة السريريين الدائمين على التوالي.
- كان الإعتماد على التشخيص السريري في معظم الحالات.
- تبين أن مصداقية التشخيص السريري في حالة التهاب الزائدة الحاد كانت 91.74% .
- الفئة العمرية الأكثر مصادفة في دراستنا كانت بين 15 – 30 سنة.
The acute abdominal pain is the most common complain in abdominal diseases. Its importance is that it may be the only indication for the surgical procedure.
The research is an analytical study of all cases of Non Traumatic Surgical Acute Abdominal Cases which were admitted to the surgery department in ALassad university hospital in 2002, in terms of their causes, symptoms and diagnosis, inaddition to the sequence between the clinical diagnosis and the final one using the results of surgery and pathology.
- The cases included 167 ones: 87 males (52.09%) and 80 females (47.90%).
- The acute appendicitis was the most common case.
- The abdominal pain and tenderness were the most common symptom and sign.
- The clinical diagnosis was the most important in the diagnosis of most cases.
- The sensetivity of clinical diagnosis in the acute appendicitis was 91.74%.
- Most of the patients were between 15 – 30 years.
