توسيع الحدقة عند المرضى السكريين
Abstract
Aim: To compare normal persons with diabetic patients terms of dilation response to local tropicamide 1% with and without the add of phenylephrine 10% .
Methods: 28 normal persons and 38 diabetic patients were studied, the pupil diameter has been measured before and after the administration of dilation eye drops: tropicamide 1% and phenylephrine 10%. The diameter of pupil was measured in the dark and in the intense continuous illumination by Autorefractometer.
Results: diabetic pupils responds relatively weak s for trobicamed alone but complete for combination.
Conclusion: this combination recommended for all diabetic patients to obtain good pupillary dilation with little degree of cycloplasia.
الهدف : مقارنة الأشخاص الطبيعيين ومرضى السكري من ناحية الاستجابة التوسعية للتروبيكاميد الموضعي 1% مع و بدون إضافة الفينيل إفرين 10%
الطرائق : تمت دراسة 28 شخصاً طبيعياً و 38 مريض سكري, تم قياس قطر الحدقة قبل وبعد تطبيق القطرات الموسعة للحدقة: tropicamide 0.5% و phenylephrine 10%. قطر الحدقة تم قياسه في الظلام وفي ظروف الإضاءة المستمرة الساطعة بواسطة جهاز مقياس الانكسار الآلي Autorefractometer .
النتائج: تشير النتائج أن الحدقات السكرية تستجيب بشكل ضعيف نسبياً للتروبيكاميد بمفرده ولكن بشكل كافٍ وكامل للمزيج الدوائي.
الخلاصة : هذا المزيج الدوائي منصوح به لكل المرضى السكريين لتأمين توسع حدقة كافٍ مع أقل درجة من شلل المطابقة بعد تطبيق الدواء.
