دراسة ترميم العيوب المادية الرضحية في أصابع اليد عند البالغين
Abstract
50 patients with fingers injuries were included and treated in this study. The study was held in the Plastic and reconstructive surgery department in Tishreen university hospital in Lattakia between 2017-2018.
Patients were classified into categories based on : age , sex , cause of injury , site size and depth of injury , admission before surgery ,evaluation of technique ,choice of best option , study of complications , patients post surgery.
We have used different techniques varied between flaps , skin grafts and healing by secondary intention .
This study is objected to evaluate the clinical results and surgical complications depending on each technique and comparing it to the others .
شملت هذه الدراسة 50 مريض عيوب مادية رضحية في أصابع اليدين قبلوا وعولجوا جراحياً في شعبة الجراحة التجميلية والترميمية والحروق في مشفى تشرين الجامعي في اللاذقية في الفترة الممتدة بين عامي 2017_2018.تم تصنيف المرضى في هذه الدراسة حسب:العمر ,الجنس,سبب الأذية الرضية,مكان وحجم وعمق الضياع المادي , القبول قبل الجراحة، تقويم الضياع المادي و اختيار الإجراء الأفضل للترميم،التكنيك الجراحي المتبع,دراسة الإختلاطات، المرضى بعد الجراحة. قمنا بإجراء الطعوم والسدائل المختلفة وكذلك المقصد الثاني في الترميم..وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقويم النتائج السريرية والاختلاطات الجراحية حسب طريقة التدبير ومقارنتها مع دراسات اخرى مشابهة..
