مقارنة بين استخدام الطعوم الجلدية كاملة السماكة والسدائل في ترميم العيوب الجلدية في الوجه بعد استئصال الأورام الجلدية الخبيثة
Abstract
Objective:
management the malignant skin cancer, evaluate the results, and comparison between full thickness skin grafts and flaps in order to choose the best technique which corresponds to the clinical case.
Method:
Observational Descriptive Study was performed with 58 patients in the period between 1/1/2017 until 1/10/2018 , 24 of which received full thickness skin grafts and 34 received skin flaps.
Results:
- The group of patients who received full thickness skin grafts exhibited more partial necrosis and discoloration.
- No differences were noted as to infection, full necrosis, hematoma, bruising, ectropion, and patient dissatisfaction.
Conclusion:
Flaps are better than full thickness skin grafts for reconstruction of facial skin defects after malignant skin tumors excision except in some exceptions
هدف الدراسة:
تدبير الأورام الجلدية الخبيثة في الوجه وتقييم النتائج والمقارنة بين الطعوم الجلدية كاملة السماكة والسدائل بهدف اختيار الطريقة المثلى التي تناسب الحالة السريرية.
طريقة الدراسة:
دراسة وصفية رصدية مقارنة شملت 58 مريضا في الفترة بين 1 كانون الثاني 2017 ولغاية 1 تشرين الأول 2018.
تم تدبير 24 مريضا بطعوم جلدية كاملة السماكة, و 34 مريضا بسدائل.
النتيجة:
- شهدت مجموعة المرضى الذي أجري لهم طعم جلدي كامل السماكة نسبة أكبر بحدوث التنخر الجزئي والتباين اللوني .
- لم تلاحظ أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يتعلق بالإنتان والتنخر الكامل والتكدم والورم الدموي والشتر الخارجي ورضى المرضى عن العمل الجراحي.
الخاتمة:
السدائل أفضل من الطعوم الجلدية كاملة السماكة في تدبير العيوب الجلدية في الوجه بعد استئصال أورام جلدية خبيثة إلا في بعض الاستثناءات.
