The Extent of Bani Kinana District Teachers' Satisfaction with the Management of the Jordanian Ministry of Education for E-learning

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the extent of Bani Kinana District teachers' satisfaction with the management of the Jordanian Ministry of Education for E-learning, as well as identifying significant differences in their satisfaction according to their gender, stage of teaching, and years of experience, using the descriptive survey methodology. To achieve the objectives of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, it used judgmental/purposive sampling method which enabled the research to choose 45 teachers from Directorate of Education District of Bani- Kinana in Irbid- Jordan, during the academic year 2021/2022; that fully filled in a 10-item survey instrument that was used to collect primary data. The findings revealed a medium satisfaction of Bani Kinana District teachers with the management of the Jordanian Ministry of Education for E-learning. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences in teachers' satisfaction due to their gender, stage of teaching, and teaching experience. In the light of the study findings, a number of recommendations are suggested.
