The level of psychological resilience of the brothers and sisters of the missing persons during the war on Syria "A field study in Lattakia rural"

Abstract

This research aimed to know the level of  psychological resilience of the brothers and sisters of the missing persons during the war on Syria, and to know the differences in psychological resilience according to the variables of gender, social status, educational level and period of the loss.

 The research used descriptive method, The psychological resilience scale was prepared by the researcher, and applied to a random sample of (54) brothers and sisters of the missing.

The research is found the following results: There is a high level of psychological resilience among the sample members, There are no statistically significant differences in psychological resilience due  to the variables of gender, social status, educational level, but there is a statistically significant difference in psychological resilience due to the period of loss, in favor of the period of more than 4 years.
