psychological flexibility of the primary education teachers
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to determine the level of psychological flexibility of the primary education teachers in Jableh countryside. In addition to determining whether the level of psychological flexibility varies according to the stage of gender or age or years of experience or marital status.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was adopted. The psychological flexibility scale was distributed to a sample of 200 teachers of the primary education year 2021_2022.
The results showed that 60% of respondents had an average level of psychological flexibility, 29% had a high level and 11% had a low level.
Also, this level did not differ according to the stage of gender, age or marital status, but differed according to the years of experience. Teachers with more years of experience have higher psychological flexibility.
