اللوبي الصهيوني واللوبي العربي في أمريكا "دراسة مقارنة"
Abstract
يبحث هذا الموضوع في نشأة اللوبي الصهيوني (اليهودي) إيباك ودوره في أمريكا في توجيه السياسة الأمريكية الداخلية والخارجية، وتأثيره في صنع قرار مراكز القوى ابتداءً من الانتخابات الأمريكية إلى السلطة التشريعية والتنفيذية والقضائية امتداداً إلى السلطة الإعلامية والمالية مع مقارنة عمل هذا اللوبي ونشاطه مع اللوبي العربي في الولايات المتحدة ودراسة مدى تأثير كلّ واحد منهما في السياسة الأمريكية مع البحث في كيفية توحيد اللوبي العربي المجزأ بعدد الدول العربية، وتفعيل دوره في الدفاع عن القضايا القومية للأمة العربية، والانتقال به من القطرية إلى القومية وربط أهداف اللوبي بالمصالح الوطنية الأمريكية .
Nous allons examiner dans cette recherche les principaux groupes de lobbying et passer en revue quelques grandes moments de leurs histoire. Nous allons assigner au lobby juif (AIPAC) son juste poids politique en analysant son action dans le contexte plus large de la formulation de la politique extérieure et intérieure de la superpuissance américaine. Il est à signaler que le fonctionnement du lobby (AIPAC) se donne pour mission d'influencer les élus du Congrès et d'autres décideurs politiques. Le lobby exerce un contrôle politique efficace sur le Congrès et dans des conditions plus complexes sur le pouvoir exécutif. De plus, ce travail va consister à comparer le fonctionnement du lobby sioniste avec celui du lobby arabe et leur influence sur la politique américaine. Ce faisant, nous allons parler de la façon d'unifier le lobby arabe et de réactiver son rôle de défendre les questions nationales de la Nation Arabe.
