Factors affecting kindergarten students’ acceptance of using artificial intelligence applications in the teaching and learning processes

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the factors that affect the acceptance of female kindergarten students in schools and how to improve these factors. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research tool was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher and studied its psychometric properties. It was applied to a representative sample of the original community of (30) third-year female students. The fourth is the kindergarten specialty in the Faculty of Education at Tishreen University.

 The results of the study showed the following:

  • There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire on the use of artificial intelligence applications in teaching and learning and between the hypothetical average in whole and in sub-divisions, in favor of the hypothetical average.
  • There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of kindergarten students on the questionnaire on the use of artificial intelligence applications in teaching and learning, as a whole and as a subscale, according to the variable of the academic year.
  • There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of female kindergarten students on the questionnaire for using artificial intelligence applications in teaching and learning, in whole and in the sub-category, according to the variable of work in a kindergarten.
