تحضير بعض أصبغة الأزوبيرازولون الجديدة وتطبيقاتها على الألياف المختلفة
Abstract
تعتبر أصبغة الآزو من أكبر المجموعات الوظيفية الفعّالة التي تدخل في تركيب أغلب المواد الملونة الاصطناعية شائعة الانتشار، وتلعب دوراً هاماً في تطبيقات الكثير من الأصبغة الصناعية، حيث يتكون نظام الكروموفور بصفة أساسية من مجموعة الأزو (-N=N-) مرتبطة بحلقة أو أكثر من الحلقات الأروماتية المختلفة.
ونظراً لاستخدام العديد من مشتقات البيرازولون Pyrazolone مواداً أولية لتحضير أصبغة آزو جديدة واستكمالاً لما سبق نشره في مجال كيمياء الصبغات قمنا بتحضير المركب 3-methyl-1-nitrophenyl-5-pyrazolone في سبيل استخدامه للحصول على مركبات صباغية جديدة من نوع أريل أزو البيرازولون، كما تمت دراسة ثبات أصبغة الآزو الجديدة وتقييم لونها على ألياف البولي إستر والبولي أكريليك والنايلون-6.
Azo dyes are consider as the biggest effective groups that present in the structure of almost common coloured-industrial compounds.Azo dyes play an important role in the application of synthetic dyes, as the chromofore system form in principle from an azo group (-N=N-) which bound to one or more different aromatic rings.
Among the azo dyes, pyrazolone derivatives used as primary compound for the synthesis of new azo-dyes, and to continue researches to that published in the field of the chemistry of the dyes, the compound 3-methyl-1-nitrophenyl-5-pyrazolone have been synthesized, to be used as primary compound for the preparation of new azo compounds of the type aryl-azo pyrazolone. The stability of the azo-dyes colour on poly-ester, poly-acrylic and nylon-6 fibers, have been also studied.
