بعض الدراسات على كيمياء أريل-آزو-إيزوأوكسازولون إعادة ترتيب جديدة لأريل-آزو-إيزوأوكسازولون إلى مشتقات 1،2،3-تريازول

Abstract

لقد دُرست إعادة ترتيب المركبات 4-أريل آزو–3-إيزوأوكسازولون بتأثير بعض الأحماض الأمينية والمركبات التي تحوي مجموعة مثيلين نشطة مكونة مشتقات  جديدة لمركبات 1،2،3-تريازول . وبهدف تحقيق ذلك تم تكاثف مشتقات 4-أريل آزو أوكسازولون مع الجليسين بوجود حمض الخل الثلجي لتعطي المركبات N-تريازويل  الجليسين التي تشكلت عبر مكونات وسطية لم نستطع فصلها.

لقد سخنت المركبات تريازويل  الجليسين (IVa,b) مع P- نيتروبنزالدهيد بوجود خلات الصوديوم حديثة الانصهار وبلاماء حمض الخل و تمّ الحصول نتيجة ذلك على مركبات 4-أريليدين-2-(2،5-ثنائي أريل تريازول –4-إيل)-2-أوكسازولين-5-أون (Va,b).

يعطي تفاعل  مشتقات 4-أريل آزو إيزو أوكسازولون (IIa,b)مع حمض الأنثرانيليك بوجود حمض الخل الثلجي  حمض N-(2،5- ثنائي أريل تريازول –3-إيل-كربونيل) الأنثرانيليك (VIa,b) و الذي تمت حولقته بتسخينه مع بلا ماء حمض الخل بهدف الحصول على مشتقات 4-تريازوليل-4-أوكسو–1،3-بنزوكسازين (VIIa,b).

ومن جهة أخرى وجد أن تسخين مزيج من مالونونيتريل وأريل-آزو-إيزو أوكسازولون (IIa,b) ومعدن الصوديوم في الكحول الإيتيلي المطلق يعطي مشتقات جديدة من مركبات 4-نيتريل التريازوليل (VIIIa,b) .

4-Arylazo-3-isoxazolone was rearranged by the effect of some amino acids and active methylene compounds to 1,2,3- triazole derivatives.Therefore, 4-Arylazo-isoxazolone derivatives refluxed with glycine in presence of glacial acetic acid to give triazoyl glycine. These compounds assumed to be formed via the intermediate. All attempts to separate compound were unsuccessful.

Compound (IVa,b) and p-nitrobenzaldehyde (equimolar amounts) were heated in presence of freshly fused sodium acetate and acetic anhydride to yield 4-arylidene-2-(2,5-diaryltriazole-4-yl)-2-oxazolin-5-one (Va,b).

Refluxing equimolar amounts of (IIa,b) and anthranilic acid in presence of glacial acetic acid yielded  N-(2,5-diaryltriazole-3-yl carbonyl) anthranilic acid (VIa,b). Compounds (VIa,b) were successfully cyclized on heating with acetic anhydride to give 4-triazolyl-4-oxo-3,1-benzoxazine derivatives (VIIa,b).

On the other hand, it has been found that, heating a mixture of malononitrile and arylazo-isoxazolone (IIa,b)and metalic sodium metal in absolute ethanol afford the triazolyl-4-malonitril derivatives (VIIIa,b).
