دراسة توزع أنواعٍ من العوالق النباتية حقلياً تحت تأثير بعض العوامل البيئية
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث الذي استمر من كانون الأول 2010 حتى أذار 2012 تحديد /194/ نوعاً من العوالق النباتية النامية في ستة مواقع من الساحل السوري.
تتبع الأنواع المدروسة لخمس شعب موزعة كما يلي: (95) نوعاً تعود لشعبة الطحالب الذهبية Chrysophyta وجميعها من المشطورات Diatomophyceae، (46) نوعاً من الطحالب الخضراء Chlorophyta، و(18) نوعاً من الطحالب الزرقاء Cyanophyta ، و(31) نوعاً من الطحالب النارية Pyrrhophyta و(4) أنواع من الأوغلينات Euglenophyta.
بينت التحاليل الفيزيائية والكيميائية لمياه المواقع المدروسة وجود اختلافات بين المواقع من جهة والفصول على مدار العام من جهة أخرى. كما تأثر توزع وانتشار العوالق النباتية التي تم تحديدها بالشروط البيئية السائدة، وبشكل خاص درجة حرارة المياه، درجة اﻟ PH ، الأوكسجين المنحل، ودرجة الملوحة ، حيث بلغ عدد الأنواع البحرية المدروسة /76/ نوعاً ، مقابل /30/ نوعاً وجدت في المياه العذبة فقط، أما عدد الأنواع المشتركة التي تنمو في كلا البيئتين فقد بلغ /88/.
In this research which continued from December 2010 to march 2012 , we could determined 194 species of phytoplankton grow in six sites in Syrian coast .
Studied spieces are belonged to five phylum which distributed as : (95) species of Chrysophyta all of them belong to Diatomophyceae and (46) of Chlorophyta and (18) species of Cyanophyta, (31) species of Pyrrhophyta, (4) species of Euglenophyta.
The physical and chemical analysis of studied site of showed that there are water differences in values between sites from one hand and between seasons along the year on the other hand , the distribution and spreading of phytoplankton " which determinded " effected by environmental conditions specially in water temperature and pH ,devolved oxygen and salinity .
the numbers of sea species reached to (76) species but only (30) species found on sweet water , while the numbers of spieces which grow in both environments arrived to (88).
