تأثير التغيرات الفصلية في التركيب البيوكيميائي لبعض أنواع الطحالب البحرية السمراء (Phaeophyceae) في المياه السورية

Abstract

تم دراسة تأثير التغيرات الفصلية في مركبات التركيب البيوكيميائي لثلاثة أنواع من الطحالب السمراء Phaeophyceae هي Sargassum vulgare, Padina pavonica, Colpomenia pergeina. تراوحت نسبة السكريات المنحلة عند الأنواع S. vulgare و P. pavonicaو C. peregina من (23.89-28.71%) و (25.76-28.76%)و (20-33%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي, والبروتينات (9.31-20%) و (11.19-16.41%) و (6.05-15.97%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي. أما اللبيدات من (0.55-6.8%) و (1.34-4%) و (1.3-3.2%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي, والرماد من (21.24-28.28%) و (39.45-45.49%) و (40-48.05%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي. وتراوحت النسب المئوية لليود من (0.72-1.2%) و (0.5-1.3%) و (0.5-0.8%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي. وتراوحت النسب المئوية للمانيتول بين (3.28-4%) و (3.45-3.82%) و (3.1-3.64%) من الوزن الجاف على التوالي. The seasonal variations affective on the biochemical composition of some species of Phaeophyceae (Sargassum vulgare, Padina pavonica and Colpomenia pergeina) have been studied. The soluble carbohydrates in S.vulgare , Padina pavonica and Colpomenia pergeina varied between (23.89-28.71%), (25.76-28.76%) and (20-33%) weight/dry weight [w/dw] respectively. The total proteins content varied between (9.31-20%), (11.19-16.41%) and (6.05-15.97%)[w/dw] respectively The total lipids content varied between (0.55-6.8%), (1.34-4%) and (1.3-3.2%) [w/dw] respectively.The ash varied between (21.24-28.28%), (39.45-45.49%) and (40-48.05%) [w/dw] respectively.The iodine varied between (0.72-1.2%), (0.5-1.3%), (0.5-0.8%) [w/dw] respectively. The Mannitol varied between (3.28-4%), (3.45-3.82%) and (3.1-3.64%) [w/dw] respectively.
