دراسة بعض الخصائص الكيميائية لثمار طرز خوخ الدبPrunus ursina K.y المنتشرة في المنطقة الغربية من سورية

Abstract

نفذ هذا البحث خلال العام 2015 بهدف معرفة بعض المركبات الكيميائية لثمار عدد من طرز خوخ الدب Prunus ursina K.y المنتشرة في مواقع مختلفة من المنطقة الغربية من سورية. حددت ستة مواقع طبيعية لانتشار هذا النوع (دوير بسنديانة - النبعين - الشوح طي - حيلاتا - بتمازة -وادي حيلين)، إذ تم دراسة (35) طرازاً من حيث النسبة المئوية للسكريات الكلية، والنسبة المئوية للحموضة الكلية T.A، ونسبة المواد الصلبة الذائبة T.S.S، و المادة الجافة في الثمار في مرحلة النضج. أخضعت المعطيات لتحليل التباين ANOVA باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي Costat وجرت المقارنة بين المتوسطات عند مستوى معنوية 5%، بينت النتائج تفوق الطرز K6-KAB1-KA3 معنوياً على بقية الطرز من حيث المادة الصلبة الذائبة بنسب بلغت (22-22.1-22)% على التتالي، في حين تفوق الطرازان M1-M2 معنوياً على بقية الطرز من حيث محتوى الثمار من السكريات الكلية بنسبة بلغت 13.75% في كلا الطرازين، أما الطراز K1 فقد تفوق معنوياً على بقية الطرز من حيث محتوى الثمار من الحموضة بنسبة بلغت 4.9%، في حين تفوق الطراز K2 معنوياً على بقية الطرز من حيث محتوى الثمار من المادة الجافة وبلغت النسبة 30.5%. بينت شجرة القرابة باستخدام برنامج NTSYS توزع الطرز المدروسة ضمن مجموعتين ( A-B) بناءً على الخصائص الكيميائية للثمار. يتبع المجموعة الأولى A الطرازان(J6-KAB5) المتواجدان في موقعين متباعدين جغرافياً وهما بتمازة و دوير بسنديانة، في حين تتبع بقية الطرز إلى المجموعة B وتنتشر في جميع مواقع الدراسة. This study was carried out during 2015to determine some chemical Composition of the fruit of some distribution phenotypes of Prunus ursina in different regions of Westrens of Syria. six natural distribution sites were determined(Duerbsndiana-Alnabeen-Alshohtte-Helata-Btmazah-Wadeheleen), and 35 trees were determined as samples. Fruits were harvested and following parameters were determined: dry matter, total acids (T.A), total soluble solids (T.S.S), and total sugar. Statistical analysis of investigated phenotypes showed that There were differences between dry matter, total soluble solids (T.S.S), and total sugar between two groups. the trees were distributed in two groups (A, B) .The results showed existence of most trees in whole sits, while (J6 and KA6) were distributed in two different sits(Btmazah and Duerbsndiana) .
