تحديد نضج ثمار بعض Cutlivars الزيتون المزروع في منطقتين: جافة ، ونصف جافة
Abstract
النضج ظاهرة فيزيولوجية تتوافق مع انخفاض نسبة الرطوبة في الثمار، ثم انخفاض وزنها. انخفاض الوزن الرطب للثمار وهي على الشجرة اعتبارا من زمن معين يعد مؤشراً إيجابياً لبداية جيدة لنضج الثمار لبعض الأصناف من الزيتون المزروع في محطتي الأبحاث إزرع وجلين. علاوة على ذلك أخذنا الزيادة المختلفة للوزن الجاف للثمار والوزن الرطب للنوى، وكذلك نسبة الزيت في الثمار خلال الزمن كمعايير لتحديد زمن نضج الثمار. وتم تقسيم هذه إلى ثلاث مجموعات حسب نضج ثمار كل صنف.
1- مبكر.
2- متوسط.
3- متأخر النضج.
كما أنه تم تحديد المدة الزمنية التي تبقى فيها الثمار على الشجرة بدون ضرر. كذلك حددت فترة ما بعد النضج أيضاً.
La maturation est un phénomène physiologique coïncide avec la diminution du pourcentage d'humidité dans le fruit, et ensuite la diminution de son poids. La diminution du poids Frais des fruits sur L'arbre a partir d'un temps donne est un signe positif d'un bon commencement de la maturation des fruits de quelques variétés d'olivier cultivées dans deux stations de recherche, l'une aride l'autre semi-aride. En plus de ça nous avons pris l'accroissement ponderal, le poids sec des Fruits, et le poids frais des noyaux, ainsi que le pourcentage de l'huile d'olive, au cours du temps, comme des critères pour la détermination de la date de maturation des Fruits, et les diviser en trois catégories selon leur date de maturation:
1- Précoce.
2- Medium.
3- Tradive.
Ainsi que la durée du Temps qu'ils peuvent rester sur l'arbre sans dommage. La période après maturation est déterminée aussi.
Les résultats sont discutes avec les autres qui sont obtenus ailleurs.
