تسجيل نوع جديد(Conchoecia magna, Claus,1874) من رتبة Halocyprida تحت صف(Ostracoda) ودراسة توزعه المكاني في المياه الشاطئية لمدينة طرطوس
Abstract
تضمنت الدراسة الحالية تسجيل نوع جديد من العوالق الحيوانية القشرية من محاريات الدرقة ينتمي إلى رتبة Halocyprida, فصيلة Halocyprididae, وهو النوع Conchoecia magna , وكذلك دراسة تغيراته المكانية في ثلاث مناطق تختلف عن بعضها بخواص بيئية تجعلها مميزة بتأثيرها على توزع العوالق الحيوانية القشرية. تمت الدراسة على 228 عينة جمعت بشكل عمودي مستمر في الفترة الممتدة ما بين شباط و تشرين الثاني2017 بمعدل مرتين شهرياً, كما ترافق جمع العينات بقياسات هيدروفيزيائية وهيدروكيميائية في مناطق الاعتيان كلها ومحطاتها المختلفة. بلغ عدد أفراد النوع السابق الذكر(38) فرداً, منها (25) فرداً من الإناث و (13) فرداً من الذكور وذلك في جميع مناطق الجمع ومحطاتها ذات الأعماق المختلفة, وقد لوحظ أن هذا النوع قد ظهر في جميع مناطق الدراسة ومحطاتها المختلفة, وعلى مدار فترة الدراسة كلها.
In this study, a new species of Conchoecia magna has been collected and recorded for the first time. The study examines the spatial changes of new species in three regions differ from each other in their environmental characteristics that make them distinguish thier effect on the crustacean zooplankton. 228 samples have been collected vertically twice a month in period between February and November 2017, The samples were also accompanied with different hydrophysical and hydrochemical measurements in all sampling areas and in different stations. 38 individuals were collected, among which 28 females and 13 males. Results showed that this species appeared in all study areas and in different stations and throughout the study period.
