تسجيل نوع جديد من رتبة Cyclopoida (Copepoda ) و دراسة توزّعه العمودي في المياه الشاطئية لمدينة جبلة
Abstract
تمّت دراسة عينات العوالق الحيوانية البحرية بشكل عام، ومجدافيات الأرجل Copepoda رتبة Cyclopoida بشكل خاص في المياه الشّاطئية لمدينة جبلة .
تمّ من خلال هذه الدراسة تسجيل نوع جديد من مجدافيات الأرجل ينتمي إلى رتبة Cyclopoida ،فصيلة Sapphirinidae، وهو النوع Vettoria longifurca، وكذلك دراسة توزّعه العمودي، و تغيّراته المكانيّة و الزّمانيّة في ثلاث مناطق مختلفة عن بعضها البعض بخواصٍ بيئيّةٍ تجعلها سببا من أسباب تغيراته المكانية،و الزمانية خلال فصول السنة المختلفة.
تمّت الدراسة على 312 عينة كانت قد جمعت بشكل عمودي في الفترة الواقعة مابين آب من عام 2009م. وآذار من عام 2010م. من المناطق الثلاث، وعلى أعماق مختلفة، وقد ترافق أخذ العينات مع قياس درجة حرارة الماء، وكذلك ملوحتها. بالنسبة للغزارة فقد بلغ عدد أفراد النوع (30) فرداً متضمنة (18) فرداً من الإناث و(12) فرداً من الذكور، وذلك في الطبقات المائية المختلفة التي تم الاعتيان فيها. وقد لوحظ أن هذا النوع قد ظهر في جميع مناطق الجمع وعلى أعماق مختلفة. أما فيما يتعلق بالتغيرات الزمانية فقد لوحظ أنّ ظهور هذا النوع اقتصر على فصلي الشتاء والربيع المبكر المتمثل بشهر آذار.
This paper studies the Family Sapphirinidae and Order Cyclopoida of Subclass Copepoda in the coastal marine water of Jableh city.
In this study, a new type of Vettoria longifurca has been collected and recorded for the first time. The study examines the vertical distribution of this new type as well as its spatial and temporal changes in three ecologically different sites, which affect the distribution of this species through the different seasons of the year.
312 samples have collected vertically in the period between August 2009 and March 2010 in three areas and in different depths. Temperature and salinity were measured in each area and depth. 30 individuals were collected, among which 18 females and 12 males.
Results showed that this species appeared in all sampling areas and in different water layers. In terms of temporal variations, results showed that this species appeared only in winter and early spring, especially in March.
