دراسة تأثير مستويات مختلفة من العناصر N:P:K المضافة كأسمدة معدنية على نوعية إنتاج أوراق تبغ الفرجينيا وكميته صنف VK51 في ظروف تربة وادي قنديل
Abstract
قمنا في هذا البحث بتسميد نبات تبغ الفرجينيا صنف VK51 في تربة خفيفة القوام بكميات متزايدة من العناصر الغذائية NPK، بغية وضع معادلة سمادية تحقق أفضل كمية ونوعية من الإنتاج.
صمم البحث باستخدام القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة باتجاهين، واستمر سنتين متتاليتين استخدمنا فيه نترات الأمونيوم 33.5%، وسوبر فوسفات ثلاثي 48%، وسلفات البوتاسيوم 52%. تم ري النباتات في كل من المعاملات بمعدل رية واحدة كل أسبوع بطريقة الري بالراحة (على خطوط).
بينت نتائج البحث أن المعاملة N2:P2:K2 ( 150-250-150) كانت الأفضل من حيث كمية الإنتاج (103 kg) وزن جاف في الدونم بالمقارنة مع الشاهد 67.5، وكذلك بالنسبة للمواصفات المورفولوجية حيث كان عدد الأوراق في المعاملة N2:P2:K2 24.76، وفي الشاهد. 21.58 . أما في N3:P3:K3 فكان 24 ورقة.
لوحظ من خلال البحث كذلك أن زيادة التسميد بـ NPK، كما في المعاملة N3:P3:K3، أعطت نتائج سلبية خاصة من حيث ارتفاع نسبة النيكوتين، إذ بلغت 3.246% كمتوسط.
Tobacco plants, variety Virginia VK51, planted in light soil were fertilized with increasing amounts of basic fertilizers (NPK) in order to determine the best fertilizing equation for higher yielding and best quality.
A complete random sectors design with two directions was implemented in this study during two subsequent years, where 33.5% ammonium nitrate, 46% three super phosphate, and 52% potassium soleplates were applied. In all treatments Tobacco plants were irrigated in rows once a week.
The results showed that the equation N2P2K2 (150-250-150) gave the highest yield (103 Kg) cured leaves per 1000 M2 in comparison with the control treatment (67.5 Kg) and the best for morphological aspects. The number of leaves was 24.76 in N2P2K2 treatment, 21.58 in the control treatment and 24 in N3:P3:K3 treatment.
It was noticeable that the increasing amount of NPK; such as N3P3K3 equation; has increased the nicotine contents.
