مقارنة تأثير بعض مبيدات الفطريات في عزلات من الفطر (Perx. fr) Botrytis cinerea المسبب لمرض العفن الرمادي على البندورة
Abstract
عزل الفطر Botrytis cinerea من نباتات البندورة المصابة بمرض العفن الرمادي، والمزروعة في البيوت البلاستكية في محافظتي طرطوس واللاذقية. تم اختبار خمس عزلات للتعرف على حساسية هذه العزلات لبعض المبيدات المستعملة لمكافحة المرض، وهي: ( carbendazimو pyrimethanilو diethofencarbو procymidon). والمبيد المكون من خليط مادتي(cyprodinil+fludioxonil). أظهرت النتائج مقاومة أربع عزلات للكربندازيم، وعلى العكس من العزلة الخامسة ذات الحساسية العالية للكربندازيم، حيث لم يتجاوز نمو الفطر بنسبة 8.7% بالمقارنة مع الشاهد عند التركيز0.1 جزء بالمليون. كانت نتائج الداي اثيوفينكارب معاكسة لتلك المتعلقة بالكربندازيم، إذْ إنّ مقاومة عزلة واحدة(العزلة رقم 4)، وهي نفسها الحساسة للمبيد كربندازيم، وحساسية العزلات الأربـع الأخــرى(1 و 2 و3 و5)وهي المقاومة للكربندازيم. تبدي حساسية شديدة لخليط(cyprodinil+fludioxonil). وقد اختلف المبيدان pyrimethanil و procymidon في تأثيرهما على العزلات جميعاً.
Botrytis cinerea was isolated from infected tomato in various greenhouses on Syrian coast. Five isolates were examined for their sensitivity to some fungicides that were used to control gray mould on tomato (pyrimethanil, diethofencarb, procymidon carbendazim and the mixture of (cyprodinil+fludioxonil). Results showed that there were four resistant isolates to carbendazim. In contrast, the fifth isolate exhibited high sensitivity to carbendazim and growth rate was not over 8.7% as compared with the control at 0.1ppm. The results were opposite for diethofencarb: there was only one resistant isolate which was sensitive to carbendazim (isolate4). Four sensitive isolates (1.2.3.5) which were resistant to carbendazim. The five isolates showed high sensitivity to the mixture (cyprodinil+fludioxonil). Procymidon and pyrimethanil have different effect on all isolates.
